• Build AI agents on the lending platform: document reading, underwriting drafts, support and collection
• Design prompts, tools and guardrails together with the risk and compliance teams
• Set up evaluations and monitoring for every agent in production
• Work with backend engineers on APIs and data pipelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Python development
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, function calling and evaluation tooling
• FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git
• Understanding of testing, logging and clean code

Nice to have

• Pandas, basic ML and model monitoring
• Experience in fintech or lending

• Write and maintain automated API and UI tests
• Check loan calculations, schedules and payments against product rules
• Work with developers and analysts on release quality

Requirements

• 2+ years in QA for web products
• API testing with Postman or a similar tool
• Test automation with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium
• Basic SQL to check data in the database

• Lead deals from the first call to a signed contract

• 3+ years in B2B software sales
• Experience selling to banks or lenders
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• Clear writing and confident presentations
